These terms describe the basic rules for using Recall Engine.

Use of Recall Engine

Recall Engine provides educational study tools for medical students. You are responsible for the lecture materials you upload and for how you use generated outputs.

Uploaded materials

Only upload content you are allowed to use. Do not upload private patient information, copyrighted material you are not permitted to process, or files that violate your institution rules.

Generated outputs

Generated notes, questions, flashcards, and Weakness Packs are study aids. Cross-check important clinical details against your official material and the source lecture pages before an exam.

Weakness Review data

Wrong answers you submit during practice sessions are stored on your account to power Weakness Review. This data is used only to generate targeted revision materials for you.

Credits and payments

New accounts receive 30 free credits. You can buy credit packs (Starter 169 EGP / 75 credits, Exam 399 EGP / 240 credits, Final 899 EGP / 650 credits) through our secure local checkout which supports card, Meeza, and mobile wallets. Credits are added to your account as soon as payment is confirmed and do not expire. Prices are in Egyptian pounds and may change for future purchases.

Refunds

Credits are a digital product delivered instantly so purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are added. If you were charged incorrectly or credits did not arrive, contact support and see our Refund Policy.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Contact support if you notice unauthorized access.
